Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was received

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • You must provide photo evidence of the issue

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
